Once a month Supershag showcases a new local artist. The Sunday opening reception features DJ’d music and a free dance lesson. Drop by any time during the month and you’ll find a variety of mixed media within our 3,000 square feet of space; canvas, video displays, or jewelry! Top



SuperShag Dance Party
SuperShag has developed a distinguished reputation for hosting unforgettable dance parties. The "SuperShag Dance Party" in particular, joins innovative mixing of music with over 40,000 song titles and the opportunity to dance any style from Hip-Hop or Swing to Waltz and Tango. At a "SuperShag Dance Party" you are likely to see all ages from 19 to 80 dancing different styles and dances simultaneously. This is the party that not only new dancers attend but also the professionals. For a comfortable dance and social atmosphere a "SuperShag Dance Party" is the place to be! SuperShag Dance Party at Ryles Dance Hall
Join Chris Johnston for our SuperShag Dance Party at Ryles Dance Hall in Cambridge every Saturday Night, for an Introductory Swing and Salsa lesson at 9:15PM and ballroom & latin dancing from 10PM to 2AM. Admission is $15. Top



SuperShag Private Parties
Did you join us for our Halloween Party last October or how about the Anniversary Party we threw in February. We always like to thank our students and members for being part of the SuperShag Family. At our "SuperShag Private Parties" we have an opportunity to thank our members for being just that, members. Access to some of theses events is free for members or at a great discounted rate. Valentine’s Day Polka Party/Contest
The zany highlight of our Valentine’s Day party, experts and beginners compete for "best polka" and "best costume" prizes. The competition will leave you breathless! Top

SuperShag Invitational
A fun practice competition to get you onto the floor and familiar with the competition environment while being marked by qualified adjudicators/judges who you may next see judging you at the next DanceSport Competition you attend!

SuperShag Showcase
A day filled with dancing, by students of all levels. Showcase performances are of either Teacher/Student or Student/Student formats. It is an entertaining day that continues into the night at Ryles Dance Hall for even more dancing!

SuperShag Class Descriptions

Basic Group Classes (dance lesson schedule)
This course is for people with very little dance experience or none at all. The course will allow the student to move around the dance floor using linear actions.Top




Bronze Group Classes (dance lesson schedule)
This course is aimed towards the dancer with a strong basic foundation in dance or movement. The student will be introduced to more steps creating a greater understanding of style and action. The student will now be able to move around the floor using linear and circular actions. Top




Pole Fitness Classes (pole dance lesson schedule)

Master Classes
SuperShag offers Master Classes instructed by some of the county's best instructors. Guests include Brian Watson and Carmen THE CURRENT WORLD LATIN CHAMPIONS; Hans Galke the 1997 Pro Latin Champion; Paul Holmes, Christine Harvey and World Ten-Dance Champion Diana McDonald.
